Yes - Qcodo is a PHP framework. Any hosting provider that supports PHP and databases can also run sites with Qcodo. I have used Qcodo on GoDaddy and HostGator with no issues.

As a FYI, We run all of our web properties (including qcodo.com =) on MediaTemple without any issues whatsoever.
