Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

I'm please to announce the stable release of Qcodo 0.4.10.  This includes all of the minor fixes addressed through the 0.4.9 development release.

Also, the website and the examples site have been updated with the v0.4.10 codebase.

We are heavily using the new 0.4 releases on a recent project and it works great regarding reliability and way of doing things.
