Mike, there are so many fundamental updates to the codegen (and not only codegen) in 0.3.38 and above... I'm wondering if you're planning to update the examples site to include those.

The examples site is totally the way I learn about new functionalities of QCodo - it's been awesome so far.

Hmm... the examples site is actually kept in sync with the latest qcodo version (dev or stable)... and is released whenever a new qcodo release is out.

So I'm not really sure... but are there specific examples site pages that you feel our “out of date” and need some “refreshening”?

It would be great to see new/updated samples for:
1) QQuery Shortened Aliases
2) QQuery Subqueries, conditional joins
3) Persistent controls
4) Extended support for type tables
5) QRegex and QLexer

Thanks!

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the solution!

For my application  I need to store many dates across diffrent tables. Maybe it's bether to store them as timestamps instead of DATE'se, because of the i8n issues involved with that?

What's your advice on that?

Best regards
Geert

geert, this is a good question but it definitely is out of place on the “Examples Site” forum and on this topic, specifically.  Please repost under a new topic (appropriately titled of course =) under “General Discussion”.

Yep :)

Things are pretty hectic me and my company right now... I have the content already designed out from a talk I gave at an earlier conference... it's just finding the couple of hours to finish it and put it up.
