The new drive here makes me motivated to submit patches and I'm currently testing the site to see how it works.
It's not clear to me what the procedure is for non-bug reports.
Should feature requests for the framework go into the bugtracker too?
For example I have the suggestion to use a new constant for QCache:
QCache::$CachePath = _QCODO_CACHE_;
Obviously it's not a bug which is fixed here. So the question is if it should go into the bugtracker.
In my opionion it makes sense to have such things (and bigger changes) as a ticket.
It should be mentioned on the bugtracker page if that's intended or not.
Additionally it might be easier sometimes just to provides patches (instead of QPM or git). I think the possibility for attachments for the bugtracker would be good.
